Failure to be clear means the person cannot be added to the system, and that is the submitter's
responsibility.
- Upload profile image directly (JPEG/PNG only, metadata stripped)
- Add any social media links (X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- Admin queue review (approve or deny)
